I have forgotten my UserID/password. What can I do?
A valid UserID and password combination is required to access Business Browser. If you have forgotten either of these you can click on the following link Forgot My Password and type in your e-mail address. If this e-mail address matches the e-mail address at the point of your initial registration we will mail you back your UserID and a new password value.
You can subsequently change your password once you have logged on to any product by clicking on the account maintenance link under Resources on the shaded area to the right of all product home pages.
How do I get access to OneSource products?
By clicking on logon.onesource.com and entering a valid user ID and password.
If you have not used Business Browser previously, you will require a commercial subscription and a UserID and password. If you work for an organization which has a commercial subscription for Business Browser you can register yourself to generate a personal UserID and password – in order to register you will require an account level password known only to your organization and Business Browser internal Site Manager.
How often is the product/content updated?
Because we integrate content from a number of different data vendor suppliers and feeds our update schedule varies according to the source.
For example our news is updated every 30 minutes on an intra-day feed, whereas some information such as market research reports may only be updated once a year.
For a complete schedule by source vendor you may visit the Information Partners link which is available from all of our product home pages. You will find this link under Resources on the shaded area to the right of all product home pages.
Where do you get your information from?
We license and integrate data from a multitude of best of breed data sources which specialise in company reference and financial information, industry data, news and trade press, market research and specialist sources.
For a full listing and description of the entire content source suppliers please refer to the Information Partners link which is available from the Resources area of any of our product home pages.
As well as integrating this diverse content into a single application, we also add value by providing functionality which enables users to interrogate the content in different ways and to make the content and reports available in context e.g. company comparisons through peer listings and customised reporting functionality.

All of our content is hosted on our live web servers and is updated directly from our web servers.
