OneSource Customer Services Consultants (CSCs) can assist with a range of services such as initial implementation and launch, internal marketing, user training options, usage monitoring and reporting and other service and support issues. Our Customer Services Consultants are there to ensure that our customers are successful with our products and services and maximise value and return on investment.
OneSource Customer Technical Consultants (CTC) can assist with a wide variety of technical service and support issues, from troubleshooting and resolving problems to advising on optimal configurations for security and easy access. Additionally CTCs develop and maintain our key service tools, websites and also develop customised offerings such as regsitration pages, website content and usage reports.
OneSource Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) collectively form our Customer Support Group and are our first-line of support to our customer base. CSRs are experts on the content and functionality of our products and services.
